Oversize fee

5  AED for additional parcels.  

Max of 8 parcels after which an additional order must be placed.

An oversize fee will be applied to the order using the cumulative weight of all parcels  exceeding the first 5kg.

Attempts

Price includes 1 attempt.

Price includes 3 attempts.

An additional attempt requires a new order.

After 2 failed attempts, Quiqup ’s customer care team will contact the end-customer to confirm the 3rd attempt.

After 3 failed attempts or 2 failed attempts w/o confirmation from the customer to schedule a 3rd attempt, Quiqup will return the order to the client ’s pickup location (RTO).

Return orders

N/A

Return orders are charged the full delivery fee.

Returned to origin (RTO)

RTO, canceled orders &failed collections are charged the full delivery fee

RTO orders are charged the full delivery fee.

Cash on Delivery (COD)  fee

2.5% of the value collected for all cash and card  payments processed will be
applied on each transaction.

VAT

All rates are exclusive of 5% VAT.

Invoicing and COD reconciliation

Invoicing and COD reconciliation will take place on a monthly  basis. .

Payment is due within 10 calendar days  of invoice .

COD payments are released after your written confirmation has been received.

COD payments are made once a week.
